Scripture: Proverbs 12:26

26 The righteous is more excellent than his neighbour: But the way of the wicked seduceth them.

This verse reminds us of the importance of choosing our friends wisely. The term "righteous" refers to those who seek to live according to God's principles and walk in His ways. As followers of God, we are encouraged to intentionally select our companions, recognizing that the company we keep can significantly impact our lives.

This verse emphasizes the contrast between the righteous and the wicked. The righteous are discerning in their friendships, understanding that those they surround themselves with can influence their character, decisions, and spiritual journey. They seek relationships that align with their commitment to godliness, wisdom, and integrity.
