John 2:21 says, "But the temple he had spoken of was his body." In this verse, Jesus is referring to the temple of God as his own body, which would later be crucified and resurrected. This concept of Jesus as the temple of God reminds us of the importance of acceptance and surrendering to God's will.

Just as Jesus accepted the Father's plan for his life, we too are called to accept God's plan for our own lives. This means surrendering our desires, plans, and goals to Him, and trusting that His ways are higher than our own. It also means accepting ourselves for who we are, including our strengths and weaknesses, and allowing God to work in and through us.

When we accept God's plan for our lives, we open ourselves up to His blessings and purposes. We can trust that He will guide us in the right direction and give us the strength we need to fulfill His plan. And when we accept ourselves for who we are, we can find peace and contentment in knowing that we are loved and accepted by God just as we are.

So let us follow Jesus' example of acceptance and surrender to God's will. May we trust in His plan for our lives and find joy in accepting ourselves as beloved children of God. And may we always remember that, just as Jesus was the temple of God, we too are vessels through which God can work and be glorified.
