The Reality of God!

Today I want to deal with the fundamental question of the reality of God. It is fascinating that out of 41,173 verses in the Bible, one-half of one verse is given to the atheist. In Psalm 14:1, we read: “The fool hath said in his heart, ‘There is no God.” This is what the atheist says about God. But then God says about the atheist – “fool.” God is speaking to someone who doesn’t even believe in Him.

Jesus told the young rich ruler that “Only God is good.” We must understand that where there is no God, there is no good. Without God, you will never know how to live and never know how to die. Without God, you will never understand what is wrong and make it right. I have come to realize one thing: the more you love God, the more of this world will hate you.

We must come to understand that God is not seen by the eyes of our head but by the eyes of our heart. The truth be known; God is only truly known by faith. Friend, I believe in God, but to believe in God is not enough. Many people believe in God, but they don’t truly know God. I know God through Jesus Christ, His Son. I can tell you today that my God is real! Amen!
